Is there an order minimum?

For in-store pick up, there is no minimum. For delivery, we require a $3k minimum before delivery fees.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver within San Francisco city limits only.

How much lead time is required?

A one week minimum of lead time is preferred for an order of personal flowers only, while a larger order requires a three week minimum lead time. For orders requiring delivery, a three month minimum lead time is recommended to ensure availability on our calendar.

Can I customize colors or designs?

You’re always welcome to email us to see if specific requests are possible. While we’ll do our best to accommodate, our organic, garden-inspired design style will remain consistent throughout.

How do deliveries work?

For an order that qualifies for delivery, we provide a two hour delivery window. It’s encouraged that our team is connected with your planner or point-of-contact on site to ensure the window lines up with the timeline appropriately.

Do you offer installation?

We offer placement of the florals, only if the tables and linens are set and ready for placement. If the tables and linens are not yet in their final placement, we will unbox the flowers and put them in a secure location close to the final placement location.
